Website content

The content on the Website gives general information about the Company and its services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it is provided as is, may change without notice, and is not an offer, a commitment or advice of any kind.

Investor information

The Investor Relations page shows information taken automatically from the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange’s Maya system. It is shown for convenience only, may be delayed or contain errors, and trading data is delayed. The complete and binding information is in the Company’s filings as published on Maya and on the Israel Securities Authority’s MAGNA system. Nothing on the Website is a recommendation, offer or investment advice, and it must not be relied on for investment decisions.

The “Customer login” area

  • The customer area is only for customers to whom the Company has given login details, and only for their business with the Company.
  • Login details are personal. You may not pass them to anyone else, and you are responsible for everything done with them. If you suspect they have been used without permission, tell the Company immediately.
  • Do not try to enter the customer area or any other Company system without authorisation, get around its security measures, or disrupt it. Such acts may be an offence under the Israeli Computers Law, 5755-1995.
  • Use of the customer area is also subject to the agreement between the Company and the customer. Where the two conflict, the agreement prevails.
  • The Company may restrict, suspend or cancel access to the customer area, and does not guarantee that it will be available without interruption.

Intellectual property

All rights in the Website’s content, including text, photographs, logos and design, belong to the Company or to rights holders who have allowed it to use them. You may not copy, distribute, modify or commercially use them without the Company’s prior written consent.

Prohibited use

Do not use the Website in any way that could harm it, the Company or others, including uploading malicious code, trying to disrupt the Website, or sending false enquiries or enquiries in someone else’s name.

Links to other websites

Links to external websites, such as Maya, Shuk City and Green Ark, are provided for your convenience. The Company is not responsible for their content or availability.

Liability

The Company is not liable for any damage arising from use of the Website or reliance on its content, or from any fault, interruption or error in it, except to the extent that the law does not allow such liability to be excluded.

Governing law

These terms and the use of the Website are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
